Many timeshare owners don't know that there are other exchange companies in addition to the two largest exchange companies of RCI and I.I.
Here is a list of some other choices in exchange companies for you:

Trading Places International
Platinum Interchange
The largest companies in the list are Trading Places International and Dial An Exchange.
Some of them have no annual membership fee, and with some you don't have to deposit your week first before you can request an exchange.
SFX Exchange only accepts Gold Crown resorts for deposit.
Hawaii Timeshare Exchange only accepts Red weeks for deposit.
