A new 12 story 121 unit Hyatt Resort. To include pool, fitness facility and convenience store is being proposed for construction on a 4 acre site (currently a parking lot) just west of the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort in Ka'anapali. Hyatt Newport Beach: Hyatt Regency Newport Beach proposes to add 88 new timeshare units, a new 24,387 sq ft ballroom (replaces existng ballroom), a 10,072 sq ft spa, and a two-level parking garage. The project will be located on the site of the current executive golf course.
