Worldmark Owner Likes It So Much He Wrote a Book
Rick Lawler is a Worldmark owner. Worldmark is a large points-based timeshare developer.
He wrote a book to help consolidate Worldmark information for other Worldmark owners.
The book, written by a WorldMark owner, explains the ins and outs for owners of this extraordinary vacation ownership program. The book has been revised twice since its original publication to reflect the acquisition of new resorts and program updates. The most recent revision was designed for readers in 2005.
"We will continue to update the book periodically," said Alice Tang, MinRef Press spokesperson. "Our readers appreciate the fact that we've made an effort to keep the book current."The book is sold to individual WorldMark owners, as well as through gift shops at many WorldMark resorts, and via several web sites including the one operated by MinRef Press itself (http://www.minref.com/). WorldMark gift shops sold over 1,000 copies in 2004 alone.
WorldMark by Trendwest®, now owned by RCI's owner, Cendant Corp., is the developer with the largest number of points resorts concentrated mostly in the western United States.
