Hilton adds it's third timeshare resort

Sunset Cove Resort & Suites on Marco Island, is part of the Hilton Grand Vacations Club.

Sunset Cove is one of only three independent Hilton vacation clubs in the United States.

It's brand new, just-opened, located on Marco Island, on Florida's west coast.

Hilton has many affiliated resorts that Hilton timeshare owners can use but which Hilton was not the developer/builder.

Sunset Cove gives you all the amenities you'd expect from a fancy hotel, but being a timeshare makes it unique and less expensive, according to Project Manager R. Bruce Sonneborn Jr. Representatives were busy last Sunday showing dozens of interested people around the grounds on West Elkcam Circle.

Sonneborn, the brains behind Sunset Cove, is a graduate of Naples High School. But, he has built resorts elsewhere, in exotic places such as southern Portugal, the Canary Islands and Spain.
