Timeshare News : Timeshare conman receives jail sentence.
While the vacation timeshare industry has pretty well turned the bend toward changing it's one-time sleazy image, there are still a few hustlers out there looking of the "quick buck", or in this case, the "quick british pound."
British resident Jeffrey Armstrong, 51, has been convicted of fleecing thousands of pounds from more than 70 would-be vacationers.
He traded under a variety of business names including European Timeshare Association, Timeshare Overseas European Services and Trading Places International, the latter not to be confused with the long-established and totally legimate Trading Places International timeshare exchange company located in the United States.
