What is the difference in benefits I receive if I buy a resale, compared to buying new directly from Four Seasons?
ANSWER:
When buying on the resale market, the feature of being able to use Four Seasons hotel script does not transfer. Buyers who examine this closely may not too concerned. because in order to receive hotel script (the ability to use hotels in lieu of your beautiful condominium), you must assign the use of your condominium for the applicable year year to Four Seasons. We have been told by Four Seasons owners that they only receive about 4 to 5 days in a hotel in return for giving up the seven nights of use in their 2 bedroom condominium. Some owners think it is wiser to rent out their beautiful condominium and use the proceeds to rent Four Seasons hotels.
