Shell Timeshare to be blocked in Prescott
PRESCOTT - Jeff Davis of M3 Companies Monday evening told more than 300 Prescott Lakes residents that he is stopping plans for a condominium/timeshare project inside the subdivision.
Davis' announcement came during the fourth public meeting M3 has conducted on its application for a zoning change to put the project in the residential community.
In a December letter to the city, Davis said he was planning the project to be on property he had earmarked for the second phase of the Pinnacle at Prescott Lakes, which is north of Smoke Tree Lane off Solstice Drive.
