Chart below assumes an owner owns both a traditional "weeks" timeshare that qualifies for the RCI Points For Deposit program and also owns RCI Points. Ask us how you can get a small RCI Points ownership so you can use your non-points week as RCI Points.
Use chart below to help visualize the relationship
between RCI PointsŪ and RCI WeeksŪ when using the RCI Points For Deposit program. Each year you would have the option to choose to use your time as follows:
|
ITEM GIVEN UP
|
RECEIVED BY THE RCI POINTS MEMBER
|
RESULT
|
| An RCI "Weeks" Week |
RCI Points |
Use points for accommodations on a nightly basis, or for RCI
Points Partners (Airlines, Hotels, Cruises, Car Rentals, etc.) |
| RCI Points |
Stay in any RCI "Weeks" resort |
Notice that you have access to both RCI Points Inventory AND RCI "Weeks"
inventory |
Note: You must be an RCI Points member to be able to perform the exchange
functions described above. Misconceptions about RCI Points: If you use our services to obtain use of RCI Points via the RCI Points For Deposit Program,
you might think that you would be giving up the ownership of what you own.
Not true. You continue to own what you own. You are not "converting" what you own to something else. You are adding a new option to what you already own, that option being access to the wonderful world of RCI Points so that you can get more than one week use out of that annual maintenance fee expense, and have the option to use your time in mini-vacations, for airfare, cruises, car rentals, hotels and more.
