the purchase price plus closing costs, plus any pre paid maintenance fees.

Loan terms from 48 to 120 months. Loan terms are based on the amount
borrowed. Loan amounts are minimum of $4,000 to maximum of $50,000.
There is no cost to obtain the loan. No origination fees, no credit
report fees, etc.
There is no prepayment penalty so the loan can be paid off at any time
without penalty. You can also pay extra principal whenever you like to
reduce the loan balance and term.
The loan is a personal loan and is unsecured. There is no lien on the
timeshare property.
